The Haybarn

A home to come back to.

We're almost ready to welcome you in. Stay with us in 2027 for good food, sandy feet and time together.

A note from Jade, Sean & Grace

Ten years of coming back.
Now, somewhere to call home.

We’re Jade and Sean, and Grace is our daughter. We’ve spent the last decade holidaying in this little corner of Cornwall. The beaches, the ferry rides, the butcher we always call into — it’s become part of our family’s story. We know how much the little things matter on a family holiday, and The Haybarn is our way of sharing what we love with yours.

Our neighbours run the dairy farm next door. Expect beautiful old stone, cows mooing nearby and all the character of the countryside, with the estuary and coast close by.

We’re currently refurbishing The Haybarn, bringing our family’s favourite little comforts into every room. More photographs of the house will be available soon — we can’t wait to share it with you. Register your interest in dates to be one of the first to view our gallery.

With love, Jade, Sean & Grace

A third bedroom and a ground-floor shower room — a lovely arrangement for grandparents or friends joining you.

A home, not just a holiday house

Enough pans to cook properly, olive oil and dishwasher tablets without rationing, and a well-loved collection of games, crafts and books.

From our door

Our favourite corner of the coast

Rock, Polzeath, Daymer Bay and Port Isaac are all within easy reach. Park in Rock and take the ferry to Padstow — a small crossing that always feels like part of the holiday.
